A lovely day spent with Mandy in her workshop. Everyone present on my course went home with some stunning pieces. I would highly recommend Mandy to anyone looking for a creative experience in a relaxing setting. Thank you so much Mandy.
We experienced exactly that, and more! Mandy was welcoming, practical and really well organised. She is an excellent teacher and mentor – she had all the equipment available for us to make bespoke pieces to our own designs, and offered help, guidance, encouragement and suggestions when needed. We ended up with new skills, a love of the art form, and two beautiful garden sculptural pieces that will last for generations to come! A brilliant day, and great value for money.
This one day taster course in leaded stained glass was great. Mandy was an excellent teacher and explained and demonstrated the techniques clearly and with good humour. Her studio space was well equipped with all the tools necessary and a wide selection of glass. it was spacious enough for the four participants to work comfortably. Although none of us had ever done stained glass before we all left with a finished piece that we were happy with.

Mandy is an amazing teacher: very knowledgeable, encouraging, and patient. I came up with a specific design in mind (as a surprise for my partner), which I thought would be challenging to create, and went away with a stunning piece all thanks to her guidance!
I had no experience before but now, with the skills and techniques that I learned in the workshop, I’m thinking about continuing to learn and practise more.

Absolutely loved every minute of Mandy’s class. As soon as she opens the front door she is very welcoming and as this was my first ever class so was feeling a little nervous I felt instantly relaxed and couldn’t wait to get started. Mandy is a fantastic Teacher she really explained every step very clearly. This was actually a Christmas present and the best Christmas present I’ve had In years. Loved it. I was in awe of all the lovely colours and textured glass that she available to pick from. She had her own work hanging up so you can see how the light shines through. We had a big collection of templates to choose from.
I came away with a heavy really good quality handmade by me 😊 stained glass piece for home which I love and it will carry great memories everytime I look at it. Can’t recommend this class enough.
